Lighthouse tours

1. For tours, use the Pompano Beach City “Beach”parking lot on the East side of Riverside Dr. There are 2 entrances to the lot, NE 2nd St. and Riverside Dr.

2. The tour boats leave from and return to the Patio Bar Dock on the Intracoastal Waterway, North side of Sands Harbor Hotel, 125 N. Riverside Drive, Pompano Beach, FL.

3. Hillsboro Lighthouse (no foot, vehicle, or private boat access). Best view from off-site for photo opportunity are at #4 and #5 on the above map.

4. Pompano Beach Hillsboro Inlet Park—Highway A1A, South end of Hillsboro Inlet Bridge.

5. South jetty, access from the East end of NE 16th St., public beach access, about 0.4 mile to South jetty for view. There is no public beach access from Bay Dr.

6. Pompano Beach Civic Center (1801 N.E. 6th St., Pompano Beach)—2 blocks West of Federal (US-1) Hwy. Six blocks North of Atlantic Blvd. This is the location of many of our annual meeting. Access the Civic Center from N Federal Hwy, go West on NE 6th St.
